Ok iv got a 94 with 2.3 stick and its got a doggyness to it 75% of the time. The truck seems to run good but when it's in its doggy mode you can floor it and it don't pick up speed much..seems like it will pick up the less throttle you give it. And the other 25% of the time it's got shnuts and seems to run great. My check engine light was on so I decided it and it had a bunch of stuff wrong. Since iv replaced the fuel filter, temp sensor, engine module, coil pack, power steering switch ,ebps. Engine light has not been back on and the code reader gives me 111 system pass. But still something isn't right I an tell. Iv got a set of plugs I'm gonna put in it and also going to check the fuel pressure for shits n gigs. So questions are: should the engine still run with the - tps , maf , egps disconnected? I don't notice a difference when I do pull them..I know it throws codes when messed with them running. But what could it be?

Ok fuel pressure is 38@ prime and 30 running idle. It will jump up to 40 when throttle is cracked open and holding same pressure off. Also their is no cattilatic converter on it just a muffler.

I guess just from my experience if I'm getting no code then the electrical side of things are working so perhaps the mechanical side of something isn't doing its thing after a signal. Is their anything common to start working half the time? Injector?or

The fuel pressure you quoted seems a bit low to me, for both the return system and the returnless system. The return (has excess fuel returned to the tank) system pressure should be 40-something with the engine running, vacuum line attached. It should be higher when the vacuum line is disconnected. Either the regulator or the pump are setting it a bit lower. I think you might have hesitation problems with lowered pressure.
In addition, there may be water in the fuel that causes engine misfire. It will work fine, then have 'chugging' where it does not. A symptom is when you go to up shift, and back off the gas a bit between gears, the engine rpm will drop a lot more than you are used to, and you'll have a 'clunky' shift. At least that's what I think causes that symptom.
