i have a 87 bronco II i was wonder what all i have to do to the driveline and such on a 4inch lift i dont do extreme offroading but i may some time

Well the D28 front axle is not very strong. A D35 from 90 and up rangers/exploders will bolt in.

You dont need to adjust the drive shafts with only a few inches of lift.

get a drop pitman arm if you don't have one,and metalmac's suggestion is a good one.next time you need brakes or something, take that money and plunk it down on a junk yard axle in good shape to replace the wimpy stuff up front.it bolts in but you might need to cut down the front driveshaft an inch.

You will have to replace the stock rear CV style drive shaft with a u-joint style shaft with any lift.
