i have a 1999 4x4 ext. cab ranger it has 31's right now and have plenty of room no rubing at all .. if i crank the T bars whats the chances of fitting 33's? with no lift

very good...ur only adding 1" of tire all the way around, cranking the torsion bars will get u more then that, it wont rub....

I've been told that with a t-bar crank they will fit, but they rub on things like the swaybar if you have one and such because they are a wider tire.

not really, there only 33x12.5, versus 31x10.5, turn ur steering wheel from stop to stop and measure ur current clearances if u have mor then a inch of clearance on either side of the tire at full turn then it will not rub...
