What is the piece call on a 1993 ranger that behind the grille and in front of the radiator I can't think what it's call thanks

That would be called the radiator support.

I thought that what it was to but it's not it made of fiberglass it's between the bumper and grille and behind the headlights thanks

If you are talking about the piece that your headlights and grill connect to, that would be a header panel, or head light mount panel. both are comman names, but they are the same part
