question on wheel sizes

Hi
I am new to this site, was referred by a friend
and i have a question
I want to put bigger wheels and tires on my 89 ranger XLT
Currently it has 15" 235/75
My question - will I find 16" or 17" wheels to fit the bolt pattern of my 89' ranger?

Yes.

Bolt pattern is 5 x 4.5"

You can find wheels on Summitracing.com, 4wheelparts.com, Jegs.com.......etc.

Is your truck 2wd or 4wd? You could also search forums, craigslist, eBay, etc for OEM take off wheels. Later year Rangers were available with 16" wheels. Mustang 17" wheels are also popular. You could also find deals with rims that have tires included
