It Can be Carbon Fiber or something sturdy... just as long as its not plastic, and I know theyre expensive.

buy you a stocker from the JY, cut the part that you want the cowl to be on 3 sides the back (by the windshield) and the left and right sides all the way to about 4 inches or so from the front. weld you some small round rod in the back corners. and then some shorter rods about mid ways.. then add support bars where needed. just make sure you are far enough inside to hide it. then glass it.. or fill it with thin metal and grid your welds down smooth. then prep for paint..

its easier than it sounds i promise. i made one for my b2, then decided i didnt like it... sold it.

Because they are just fiberglass. But yes, very cheap. Looks good for the price.
