Question on Hoods

It's a hood. It has one job. To cover the engine.

I think you are the first person, ever, to ask if a hood is reliable.

Um, the hood is subjected to quite a bit of aerodynamic stress in certain spots.


I've seen Keystone hoods come flying back up and smash the windshield, or just plain blow off the vehicle, because the threads at the latch and hinges weren't strong enough and stripped out.
