I have an '82 E150 van. As you know, the front beams don't have adjustable bushings. It uses the king pin setup.
I want to raise it 2-inches, and the E250 sits higher than the E150 and has a 2-inch taller spring.
My question is, did the E250 use a different beam or mounting brackets than an E150? I didn't know if the E250 used a different beam and the same brackets as an E150, or the same beam as an E150, but different brackets for the extra height and alignment purposes.
Moog makes a taller E250 spring with a spring rate that's only 28 pounds per inch more than I have, but I have to figure out how I would align it. I didn't know if maybe someone had access to parts diagrams from 1982 to compare the beams and brackets between the E150 and E250.
If anyone is able to check that I would appreciate it.
