Pulled codes have no idea how to fix

I pulled codes on my 94 4L I got code 53tps above max voltage and 85 canister purge circuit failure. Anyone have any clue of how I could go ahead and fix these problem. Also right now my truck won't rev past 3500 rpm full throttle, pmost likely has to do with one of the codes I think.

Ok I checked the voltage out of the TPS and I had 4.98 volts from ground to the top wire (forget colours) and 3.8 volts in the middle wire. So is this fixable or do I need a new tps.

put a new tp sensor on it
