has anyone dealt with them and are they any good?

I deal with a local one , it sure has saved me lots of cash , just be prepared to wait for the right part , sometime it is there other times someones else has it . The one here has no idea what is on the cars , just the make and models they have in the Yard

i deal with one here in pa once a week or so through my stepbrother's used car lot. just gotta watch the prices.. sometimes you can bicker on the price if you know what your doing and get stuff dirt cheap..

the one i used didnt even know what was in in the yard they had sections for makes......that was it..... I loved it but they were idiots and very inconsistent on prices.....and lemme tell you the mexicans can balance cars and trucks in the most amazing ways......so watch out

well thank y'all. i reckon i'll be heading there soon then to pick out a engine.

Here in Md we have an outfit called Crazy Ray's. They have several locations and I love them, go there all the time when the weather is good. They dont keep inventory, and cars are organized by body style more so than make, but if you dont mind a walk there are some pretty good finds in there. Prices are all set and all cheap. For my truck I got 4 aluminum wheels and 4 31x10.5s all in decent shape for about $230, and an 8.8 rear with a sway bar for $65. Definitely find some cars jacked up and balanced in some crazy ways though. Then the other week I was in there pulling a 7.5 rear, and some mexicans just crawled right under there with me and started pulling off the exhaust. I had to laugh, and at least one of did help me pull the rear.

Good point! Don't crawl under one & start yanking on a drive shaft/etc...be careful under them & live to get a good deal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, they're great. Not quite as good as real cinnamon rolls, but almost. Walmart has them (and calls them Monkey Bread). But early in the morning, with that second cup ..... oh crap! That's not the ones you were asking about.......:headbang:

i love pull a part.. end of story

i love pull aparts. great deals some times here in hawaii.
although drug addicts run the junk yard down here in hawaii, they like to change prices.

found a 5in trailmaster lift kit for S10 4x4 $100 , plus $150 to take it off.

while inspecting that lift,i found a 88 ford ranger 4x4 with a 6in superlift kit.
same deal, $100 , plus $150 to pull it off.

should have them in a week. i cant pass that up :headbang:

you paid to have them removed..???...
i thought pull a parts were all you pull your own stuff? lol, i know this one in memphis is.
