Proportioning valve

I have no rear brakes I think it is the proportioning valve is there a way to reset it
 
There's a button on it to reset it, yes. Are you SURE its a Prop valve? I've never heard of one going bad.
 
Reset the valve, then check your brakes for leakage. Prop valves usually only cut off with great pressure differences.
 
It's not the proportioning valve I got fluid to the rear wheels
