i am 100 percent sure , i am a mechanic , and just to make sure i wasnt being paranoid , i had my chief look at it , he has been working at a ford dealership for 15 years
 
hopefully getting all my suspension finished tonight , wish me luck
 
well didnt get anything done tonight , chief decided to work on hooking up his new siren , and jis bro had a truck in the shp that is getting painted , this is really starting to tick me off because i leave next monday for a 1300 mile trip
 
well i spent the last 3 hours pulling my rear axle out , got it out and proceeding to remove the leaf springs , will post more pics up tonight
 
posted new pics , i installed my first shackle mount and belltech shackle and..............i have to remove my exhaust i think , it looks like when i put everything back in it will hit , if anyone has the 6400 shackles installed , can you please post a pic of what the look like when they are in

damn I might think twice about flooring it at a seagull or crow next time lol

well i got it all together today , took it for a spin , engaged the 4wd and guess what.................the truck started jerking and bucking and the tires were screeching against the pavement , the guy sold me an axle with the wrong F***ING gears , so now i have 3.73's in the front and something like 3.08's in the back :annoyed: :mad: :temper: :flipoff: :pissedoff: :bawling: , so now i have to buy a 3.73 ring and pinion for my rear axle , gonna try to get some of my money back to help offset the cost of the gears

and i cranked my torsion bars to the max almost and it wasnt enough , so next after the gears is torsion bars and keys
 
well this keeps getting worse and worse , now it is making weird noises it didnt make before , i am ready to give up
