Thanks man My TTB works very well for what I do with it, and still drives pretty nice.

yeah i love those sliders.
think i'm gonna make me some different ones soon, mine are nice for small stuff and underbody protection, but they don't offer much for trees or anything that's taller since my body curves out more than the sliders do (about halfway up the door)

hard to see, but see how mine are made? they don't offer protection against taller stuff...

Yeah those sliders were like mine, they basically only help with rocks coming up from beneath in a vertical fashion. I like the 4xInnovations cuz they will catch those pesky rocks that like to come in horizontally.

I have half a brain to take out the D35 tomorrow, and take it to get new cogs @ WFO this week. I also have half a brain to take that damn Lock-Rite out and put it back to open.....I hate the hell it plays on steering while in 4x4. Not sure I can live with an open axle though lol. Maybe leave it open for now and put an Aussie? And sell the Lock-Rite (nothing wrong with it, just the nature of what it is makes it so hard to freaking turn...). Maybe I'll put a No-Slip up front later, since then I won't have to have the gears set-up again (p/n 92-0435-2706).

Only think I am worried about is driving on the beam without the 3rd...I hope it is strong enough without it

i have got to make my 100 mile trip (one way) to go get my d35.. looks like i might not even get my 8.8 in before i get 33's, meaning i'll be riding w/ 33's and 3.73's..

to many school tests going on this week to get much done.

33's and 3.73's aren't bad. I did it for 8 months mostly freeway

I'll have to drive on it for a week to school and work. 300 miles or so of mostly freeway. Is that easy enough lol?

SO....

Turns out I cannot remove the D35 by dissassembling the passenger side only. Other people might, but I can't. That sucker won't come out of there for nothing. I cannot move it far enough rightward.

Tonight ends in failure...I put it all back together and called it quits. I did however leave the middle shaft out... and tomorrow before I leave for school I will need to secure it so that the out stubbie shaft doesn't flop all around...

Next weekend I will remove it like I did in the past by taking the beam and radius arm out simultaneously as an assembly

i think i ran into the same problem when i was removing my d28. i ended up cutting the radius arms to get it all out. i guess you dont have that luxury though
