Profile picture upload failed

I keep getting a failure to upload message when trying to update my profile picture. I've resized it numerous times and still no luck.

The current image size of my new picture is 399x217 pixels( 65.4 KB ) and it's a .jpg file.

If you're talking about the picture under your name, it can't be any wider than 175 pixels.

I must not understand internet/computer sizing terms I guess.

"Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 900 by 900 pixels or 1.87 MB (whichever is smaller)."

Weird. The image is now 137x177 and still no love.


EDIT: It's now 136x175 pixels( 25.4 KB )


I give up.

It's really no big deal, but thanks for the offer Jim. I just don't understand how the picture size doesn't work. It's clearly smaller than the required dimensions.

What's up with it saying 900x900?

There's my problem! lol I was trying to use the "profile picture" uploader and not the avatar uploader.
