Well I've got her running pretty good right now but as I was headed out the door for work I was about 5 miles out and I heard a belt squeeling noise. It turns out it's behind the timing belt cover. It stopped squeeling but now it seems like the belt or something behind the cover is rubbing on the cover.

Anyone ever had this problem before? Thanks

Allen

I was able to get the little 8mm bolt off of the timing belt cover and peel it back far enough to see that the belt is walking off the pulleys and forward (damn that motor's hot!), rubbing against the front cover causing it to make noise.

Know how to fix it? Thanks

Allen

Nevermind, figured it out myself again. The stupid timing belt tensioner broke and the pulley is ready to fall off.

Want to know what I'll be doing tonight? Later

Allen

Always something...eh!

Looks like it's under control for now though...the tensioner is no biggie so you should have that done in less than an hour...and still time for a beer or two to celebrate...
