My truck smells of fuel from exhaust so I replaced the o2 sensors and sprayed out the map sensor. Now I get an intermittent check engine light where I had none before. So I got a code reader from Amazon. The codes are: 111 10 175 176 181 and 189 with the engine off.
Running they are 136 538 and 536. Like I said the o2s are new. what now? Oh and I found the wire in the picture hanging down by the starter. Any ideas where it goes?

They are all o2 sensor lean codes (well 111, 10, 538, 536 are just nonsense so ignore them). Since you smell fuel the ECM is trying to correct a false issue I.e almost certainly electrical and not mechanical.

It is effecting both banks so a common issue between o2 sensors.

I would check the wiring harness to the o2 sensors, engine grounds, battery itself, and ECM.
