problem w/88 ford ranger

ok i have no clue what to do or hiow to fix! my poor old money pit of a truck won't turn over. it is what happened truck got flooded changer all fluids replaced seats and flooring, truck ran 9 miles down the road then died. please help me get my truck running again.

assuming lack of fuel,
Fuel pump relay, fuel pump, or fuel filter
Need to see if your gettin spark. check that firstly....
But we need more details, do you hear engine trying to turn? or just a click?
The more we know the easier and faster this can get situated..
