previous owner took off my egr???

FYI, I just pulled up Alldata and looked it up and I do not see an EGR anywhere, for Auto or Manual. Nothing on the emissions charts and vacuum diagrams and nothing on the computer pinout.

Its an auto. And yeah im starting to believe im chasing a ghost. Im going to buy a OBD I scanner w a digital readout "only 35 bucks" and see what that pulls up. thanks for all the help
