Have very quickly developed bad power steering leak. Looks to be coming from line that goes under and near steering box. Fill up and is near empty in about 20 miles. Need info how to change lines. 2.3 four banger 322K miles.

power stwering lines, replacement

Leaks all the time, much worse, faster when running. I don't have the luxury of having a second person to see if it is worse turning left or right.

If it is just leaking at the pump it dont matter left or right first look close at the return line where it clamps on the reservor the clamp might just be loose or there is a crack in the hose and drips worse when fluid is flowing through it. Pinch the hose if it is hard just replace it the part I showed you is for a 92 2.3 call your local part store they may have it on shelf. Be sure and use the right wrench when removing and installing the new one on the steering gearbox. They are normally really tight and a open end wrench will likely deform the fitting and make it hard to remove.

If the pump has been changed It could also be the supply pressure line was not tightend good? But I dont believe it will leak much when not running.
