how much weight u think a 02' 3.0 2wd ranger can pull?

Alot... depending on how you haul it... I have had over 1000lb in the bed hauling stuff and it struggled a bit. I ahve towed my buddies 1 ton dodge cummins up a small hill with no problems.

it really depends on what gearing you have and what transmission you have.

You entering it in a tractor pull competition? Your owner's manual will tell you how much weight your truck can SAFELY pull.

If your using it in a truck pull just remember "You gotta pay to play" because if your pulling it Safety of the vehichles mechanical parts arent high on your priorities, that being said, my 94 got 4th at our county fair pulling in the gasser class.
