so here is what I got.... 95 explorer....96 explorer... I am wanting to go to power windows in the 96.. what would be the way to go?? I have the whole truck so I could use the existing wiring harness from the 95 and switch it to the 96.... who has done this and how hard is this going to be...

It's not bad. You kinda have to take the dash out. It's more labor intensive than hard.

There is a write up on it in the Submission Archive for a similar year Ranger.

cool.... I have to take the dahs out of mine and fix the blend door anyways.... it likes to put heat into the ac when the ac is on.... I have figured out the easy way to take the doors off... there is a plug just underneath the panel where the seat belt goes into... keeps you from having to undo everything inside the door. the harness is tied into what is the brake lights and turnsignals... its just a matter of unpluging and plugging in... I will find out how exstentive it is when I completely tear into the donar X
