my passenger side door got damaged in a car accident and the only replacement i could find at the junkyard with my style mirror was a hand crank window. I was wondering how to disconnect the wires so i can remove the original door.

Id take the kick panel off that side and maybe the door panel to see if there is a connection in there. If you're not planning to use the electric window, you could just cut the wires too...

If nothing is damaged you could probably also just swap all the electric stuff into the manual door.

The door harness on 2nd gen Rangers doesn't come into the kick panel; they go up behind the fender toward the front of the engine compartment. If I recall correctly, there's a set of connectors in the front corner of the engine compartment, which if unplugged will allow pulling the harness out with the door.

The "other way", would be to pull the door panel, disconnect the wiring and push it out of the door and into the jamb. When the new door is on, pull the harness back into the new door and reconnect everything.
