Power windows not working after radio install

Hey guys. So on Sunday I bought a new radio. Well after installing it, it ended up not working so we took it out and checked the wires and tried again and still didn't work. So we stopped trying to look up why and maybe redo the wires. Well the radio isn't in yet but now my power windows aren't rolling down. I checked the fuse and they are ok. Now today I noticed the alarm that goes off when the door is open while the truck is on isn't working either. So I just wanted to see if anyone knew why this is happening.
