Just a follow up...
My windows were stuck in the down position because I had a bad switch on the drivers side.
I was able to roll up the windows by using a 12V battery from my JetSki.
The second time I rolled my window up by using the JetSki battery, I think it burned out the motor on the drivers side. The passenger side was fine.
I purchased a new drivers side master switch from someone on Ebay for $10. I purchased a new window motor and arm on Ebay for $62.95. It included free shipping.
I plugged the new motor in to the switch to see if it would work and it does. So I think I burned the motor out when I used the 12V JetSki battery. However, when I hit the switch, it sounds like the motor is trying to run but something may be jamming it. The arm in the door is all rusted, so I decided to just replace it.
Also, as a side note - you can pick up a Fuel Filler Hose from Ebay for about $55. Don't pay the $400 the stealership wants.
I hope someone finds this information useful. Or at least, informative.
