Power when ignition is off

I saw somewhere a while back where someone wanted to do the same thing as me. I wanna put an LED in my dash to make it look like an anti theft light. I am wondering if there is a way to give it power so that it is on with the ignition off, and off with the ignition on.

hard wire an l.e.d. in place of the shock light, its kinda half ass but you can hard wire it to your cig.lighter.
