My 97's are rusted out, just about to head out to the garage to replace 'em with the one's I purchased from AZ.

Odd thing to me is that the unported version costs almost twice as much as the ported version, and they package a plug for the threaded hole on the ported one.

Going to find out any other differences and whether or not they're interchangable.with minor work or adaptations. (IIRC, the fitting for the pressure line at the steering gear is bigger on the original line. We'll see.)

Both hoses bolted right on with zero issues. The only differences are in the wrench sizes. OEM Ford uses 16 mm's for both on the steering gear, the replacements are 13 and 17.

The threads are a match.

Love it!

The ported one is usually for the power steering pressure switch( for the 4 Cylinders). The V6 don't use that switch, hence the plug.
