Power mirrors not working

On my 1993 ranger, the power mirrors no longer work and the radio clock always resets on startup, naturally I check the fuse diagrams and sure enough fuse number 14 controls power mirrors and radio memory as well as interior lighting. Well my interior lights work fine but those other two things are shot, I checked the fuse and it was still good... Where should i look next?

What is easiest to get to? I would check that out first. Is the radio original or after mkt? Please post results.

Thanks for the reply. The radio is aftermarket. Everything worked fine until it rained with the window down a little but, I'm assuming that messed up something in the power mirror side and I figured the only way it could affect the radio would be the fuse, however the fuse isn't blown. I'll check out the power mirror switch for obvious damage.
