Possible Radiator Crack. Upgrade Time?

Ive been noticing my coolant level getting low and having to top it off lately. Today though I see some on the garage floor and then notice some on the side of the radiator. Not exactly sure what the problem is but if i need to replace the radiator would there be an upgraded one that might be worth it?
 
I dont really know whats in there now. On the build sheet i got from Ford it says its a super cooling radiator
 
I think super-cooling is the 2 row.
