2.3L ('02-'11) Possible EGR problem

It’s a 2.3 duratec with the electric egr and just need to know the resistance values between the pins to test it and make sure it’s bad

Ford/Mazda used a Stepper motor, its like a "digital motor", a certain voltage "pulse" will cause the motor to turn XX degrees, so quite useful for this application
But I have no idea what would be correct test for these

You could test contact to case, if any are 0 ohms then there is an internal short to the metal case and its bad
 
There is a magical light on your dash that will tell you whats wrong. There's like 14 codes for the EGR... which do you have?

I've worked on a ton of duratecs and have yet to see a bad egr solenoid.

I forget the actual codes I have to run them again. But it idles super low and like shit and other times super high because of a vacuum leak
