popping front end

well i knew my ra bushings were bad so i went and got a new one since i can only afford one so far, needless to say i didnt know how hard it was gonna be and i needed the truck within an hour so all i could do was put the back peice on and it made the popping go away so i know its my bushings causing it but i noticed it straight ruined the ra bucket and i need a new crossmember there and i was wondering where could i get one cause all the ones at the jy are rusted thru or bent from front end wrecks.

Im pretty sure RockAuto sells them. They are two peices right and left. Four bolts and alot of rivets(or are they bolted?) and its off.

its 2 bolts in the middle two on the side and 2 rivets

I am sure the set on my parts truck is on good shape. thy just need to be pulled

I think I remember somebody welding the correct size washer (or just steel, then drilling a hole) in place instead of replacing the whole cross-member.

sunk i would totally do that if i had a welder lol i just need to get one one of these days

If you have a little mig machine you can build it back up and grind it to match. I did that on mine and it works just fine. Don't put too much weld at once or it'll all melt down n u gotta grind it out.

eBay has them. But I am surprised you can't get a decent one at the junk yard.

Napa defintely sells them. Autozone and other auto parts stores probably sell them too.
