poping turn/back up light fuse

Hey everyone, my 87 b2 2.9l keeps on poping the turn singal/ back up light fuse every time i turn the key to the run possition.. an ideas??

checked all the bulbs, and the wires around it, the flasher unit is new and has been tested, works fine.

any ideas??
