Pretty sure that's detrimental...

What is your engine temp? It could be the engine coolant temp sensor. If the engine is not heating up it will drink more gas. Also check your thermostat. It could be stuck open.

From all indications this gentleman STILL has not computed actual MPG and is just throwing parts at his machine.

ok I ran 45 miles in the red so gauge could be off to. But, I did calculate my mileage as yall suggested and came up with 20.5 mpg. Not to bad. But, I did have a problem with the temp not getting up high enough it stays under the N on NORMAL. I even took the clutch fan off and added a electric fan that I can cut on and off by switch. Sometimes it still doesnt heat up enough unless im sitting at a drivethu or in traffic. Thermostat is brand new I thought it didnt even have one at first.
