How about 8-16" concrete stepping stones...forn and rear are now 2 1/2 inches above the tires, the ride is better and no more spinning tires on wet pavement.

So how is your gas mileage now? Do you have these blocks mounted in a way that if you get in an accident that you or someone else doesn't get a crushed head?

Not worried about the mileage....but now the other issue DOES raise cause for concern.

it's not that much weight, the leaves shouldn't take too much of an impact... no worse than a 10 hour trip with a truck loaded to the max specs...

About 200 pounds of extra weight.....and the truck WILL ride smoother. & sit level....


but


you lose 2mpg......and like he said--Flying concrete blocks are b-a-d......

that's all true, it does ride smoother, it is level....but the flying concrete is not good
