The original rubber radius arm bushings on the BII are shot. I'm looking to replace with poly bushings, but have a couple of questions:

1. Are kits like this http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-93004-radius-arm-bushings-84-90-red.html for only one side or both sides?

2. I noticed that some kits have washers with them and some don't. Do the poly bushings not need new washers?

3. While I'm having the front torn down for the radius arm bushings, what other bushings should I replace at the same time? Axle pivot bushings?

4. And if I'm considering a 2 inch lift using coil spacers, would this be the best time to do it all? Save me some money?

That one you posted says it's a set of 4, so it's for both sides. You still need to use the washers. If it doesn't come with new ones, reuse your old ones. If you replace the bushings by removing the rivets and removing the radius arm bracket, you don't have to tear apart the suspension at all. But if there's anything else that needs replacing, you might as well do it then.
