poly gas tank repair..

I got a '96 Ranger thats got a small hole in the bottom somewhere. I havent dropped the tank yet but you can see its wet out with gas around that plastic cradle that is on the bottom. my question is, has anybody had any luck sealing leaks in one of these poly tanks? I thought about using some kind of epoxy...the tank doesnt leak enough to leave a spot under it, but i can sure smell it getting in and out....

I used this gas tank sealer on my 65 MGB 3 years ago and still no leaks. I belive it will work on plastic tanks also. Bill Hirsch Auto They have all sorts of neat stuff there.
