Not much progress. Did solve my issue with the semi float bearing retainers bending when torqued down...turns out the thickness of the dust shields needs to be accounted for...

I wanted to leave them off so the mud and debris would be less likely to build up in there, so I trimmed the shields down to only cover the parking brake, which upon closer inspection is required to mount the shoes anyways.

Not looking good. I have been working 70+ hour weeks and Wheat will be ready to harvest soon.

I would like to atleast get the Mazda back together for some July 4th fun.
 
i was so excited when i thought there was progress on this...
 
I made progress this past weekend. Hydro hoses are done, front brake lines are done, and removed the old hydro assist tabs. Also had u bolts made for the 8.8.

dude...you have been busy all these years,,,last i saw this ranger it had the eb 44 and expo axle with the 5x5 axles
 
Nothing really. Sold the bald balloons, so it sits like this until I find some 37s to daily it on again.
