Pulled my front bumper last night to work on straightening it out and beefing it up.

I tweaked the driver side in a little which made the filler panel I had basically just tacked in for looks start to bow up. Lesson learned.... full weld it next time, even if you think its just for looks. lol

I will more than likely gusset it to the mount and maybe box it in.

I also started my 150A plug setup. I picked up some 1ga wire and crimped and heat shrinked the contacts and popped it together.

Ill mount it up once the bumper is back on.


Annnd we picked up some goodies for the B2....

EB 44 with radius arms. We also picked up a free lp closed knuckle 44 to steel the 4.09s out of.

Bumper is straightened, welded, reinforced half ass painted, and bolted back on.

Mounted up my aux high amp plug, I still have to crimp lugs on the battery end.

Haha. Im just thinking that if the B2 gets stuck, no biggy, the blue turd can yank it right out. But if get the turd stuck....its STUCK.lol The B2 doesnt have the mass to move me.lol

Lol. In thinking I can make a deal with Kyle...I wire up a 150A plug on the B2 (~$50) and he buys a winch(~$350)

Did the rear 150A disco last night.

I ran my positive to the rear battery, and that left me with only 8" of wire left, so the neg I just grounded to a bumper mount bolt.

I drilled and tapped the mounting holes since the bumper is boxed is boxed leaving no access to put nuts on the bottom. Homo Depot sells all their small hardware in packs of 3 apparently, so I need to grab one more stainless 10-24 to call it done.

Tap sockets are the best thing since sliced bread I swear.lol

Ill get pics of the final product tonight. I plan on throwing a disco on my jumper cables too.

I have never seen one of these before.

A rear panel with cupholders in a supercab 2 door...

So I bought it.lol

I also got a slick little external resi for a power steering pump. I wish it had one more barb though.
