I need a recomendation for new plugs and gap for my Ranger, with a 5.0 ('97 explorer) turbo running at about 5psi. Standard gap? One level cooler plugs? I need an education. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

get the coldest ngk plugs you can buy. and for a turbo, i gap mine at 0.032'' but some will differ.
