Somewhere on here was a discussion about the continuity of plug wires. Does anyone know what the approximate reading should be on an ohm meter that insures the wire is usable?

I believe it's approximately 1 Ohm per foot of wire, but I've also heard 1000 Ohms per fott of wire but I'm pretty sure it's 1 Ohm per foot.

1 ohm sounds about right...

measure the resistance of all your plug wires, and write them down, look for one with significantly higher than the rest, that's your problem...

thanks for the rep! any more questions, feel free to post them up, i'll be sure to help where i can
