I just did mine, during my cab swap.
I reused all the washer bushings, so no money there. I got that exact cab mount set at Advance for around $40. And you can get a new core support under $50 shipped on eBay.

Those pieces from LMC sure would have made it a lot easier though... I torched off all the nuts from the washers, then reassembled it with 1/2" G5 bolts.

No body lift, not in the budget and I don't plan on going to a taller tire. My body mounts are gone, I don't think I can save any of the hardware. Thanks for the advance idea.
