oh my god! im going to cry! i just said i would cover for a guy at work this saturday! oh god no!!!! seriously this sucks!!! can they make it a two day event just for me??? is this something that happens frequently?

That really sucks. I should have said something sooner. If you are interested, there are things going on just about every couple of weeks. From bath, ny to Rochester and surrounding area. I can let you know.

definatly let me know, im the most forgetful person.... i think the whole world is against me!!!LOL. i got to work every saturday in may. but every sat in june i have off!!!

my boss really didnt want to work this saturday, so he dangled an extra $100 bill in front of my face until i agreed! its like cake in front of a fat kid!!! i wish i got $275 bucks every day i worked!

so how was it?

It was pretty awesome. Tons of trucks, everything from new stock to heavily modified. One truck had 53" michelins, but it seemed to be either a work in progress or just junk. Another chevy with 49" IROKs. The ranger did great, and nothing broken. They had one pit that was unpassible although some came very close to making it. I had tons of pics but my camera batteries died and I lost them.
These guys couldnt even make it through the big pit. This is a different place but you get the idea.

Also next saturday in Spencerport,NY. Friday4x4 muddin and pig roast.

that must have been some pit!!! good thing nothing broke on the ranger, but then again its a ford, i dont think they break! unfortunatly, im stuck working every saturday in may(i cant wait till june!). i should have every sunday-thru-wednesday off.... i doubt anything is going to happen on a weekday or sunday, but keep me posted!!!!

Pillen, what do you do for work?

i hate to say it....... but i work at a chevy dealer! toyota and bmw aswell. but i wish it was ford!!!!

we are open from 7am to 8pm, so i work 13hour days.. but only 3 days a week! (sometimes 6days a week). one month i will work mon,tues,wed... the next month, thu,fri and saturday.

no one will cover a 13hr shift! and my boss would kill/fire me. i work in the parts dept., and i run the whole shop(three car lines, 30+techs).
