I test fit the bed with the battery, air tank and compressor in place. Everything cleared. Just cleared. Lol. The body lines matched up pretty good too!

Status is good! I've been crazy busy at work but manage to get progress done on the truck.

I bought an air cleaner to match the valve covers, a Lokar dipstick, and polished alum spark plug wire keepers. I also had to buy a set of cut to fit plug wires because they were too short once the keepers were on.

I finally received my new alum pop up gas cap from Hong Kong. Lol

My fuel filler has been holding me up forever. I finally decided (as I was loading the bed to take to the paint shop) that I wanted to change it up. Too much involved with mounting and plumbing the cap on the side of the box. I couldn't just cut a hole in the bed floor because the fuel filler on my cell sits directly under the suppoort brace of the bed. So I bought a extended filler neck that had a 45* angle. I'll still have to figure out a way to plumb the neck to the cap but it shouldn't be too hard. Today I modified the bed floor for the fuel cap.
