Pics of my project

Thanks FordMan016. This is the first bagged ranger I've done. But it's my third 5.0 lowered ranger.

chambiec1 I'll snap some pics when I find another camera. Got into a wrestling match at work and my christmas gift digital camera got smashed in my pocket...

I ran into some clearence issues with the driveshaft and the bed floor so I decided to raise the front section of bed floor. (I pirated this idea from 83bagged) lol

Drilled out all the spot welds along the front end of the bed floor

Drilled thru in a few spots so I made some fillers from extra bed material and welded them in from the underside to fill the holes

Covered the welds with seam sealer, sanded the bed and taped it off for the spray-in liner

Since I need a heater for the michigan summers, I'm using a non-A/C heater box. Notched it to clear the valve cover

The small cutouts that are visible around the edges of the wood were to leave room so the retaining clips could be depressed so the pod can still be removed from the dash
