I am about to do a 3" body lift on my 92 Ranger but found out the kit does not come with bumper brakets. I am just trying to get some ideas of how to lift my bumpers after the body lift. Pics of how you did your's would be awesome! Thanks!

I briefly ran with my stock front bumper mounted offset (up & forward) with the bolts in the lower bumper bracket holes through the upper holes on the frame (hopefully that makes sense). This was only very temporary though since the bumper could still pivot around being there were only two bolts (one ea side) holding it. I don't believe it would be difficult to weld a bit of material onto the stock bumper brackets to extend it down enough to reuse the lower frame holes for a more permanent installation however (it's ends almost match up with trimmed fenders, you might need to mod the brackets to bring the bumper back a bit if your fenders aren't trimmed).
