pic request: Cab lights on a sunvisor

I was wondering if anyone has seen or has a truck with a sunvisor that installed cablights on the sunvisor. i would like to see how this looks before i go drillin holes in my visor.

Lund makes a visor with the lights built in. That's what I have

IIRC Lund calls the one with the lights the Moonvisor.
