Pic Request: 1" Shackle Lift + No T-Bar Crank

Howdy, I'd like to see pictures of anyone's 1" shackle lift WITHOUT a T-Bar Crank, to see how much rake there is. I'm going to put Belltech 6400's on my truck but I'm only going to use the 1" hole to give me just a little bit of lift.

It looks to me right now that my truck's front end is ever so slightly higher than my trucks rear end as it sits right now.

I was able to find one picture on the internet of this and it looked really damn good. If I was to have to crank my T-bar's I would make sure the truck still had rake, because I tend to haul alot and don't want it to look like a pre-runner

Also, can I install shackles without having to take my trailer hitch off? I've read some posts saying it can stay on, others saying it has to come off to install them and then be reinstalled.

I have an idea, take an ordinary floor or hi-lift jack and put it underneath either your trailer hitch or rear pumpkin. Lift approx. 1 in. Step back and have a look, this it what your truck would look like with a 1in shackle lift and no cranked t-bars...

Also I don't know for an 02, but I am fairly certain you can keep your reciever on when you take off your shackles
