Could someone do this in flat black, with extra chrome where they see fit, if possible, and a 3in drop. Thanks in advance.

I'll have to leave this one to Hazmat. After trying for 15 minutes to make chrome I officially declare I have no idea what I am doing.

Well, if chrome is to much, then don't bother with it. I'm not even sure if i want any chrome. but since no chrome, I was thinking about it today, maybe a red pin stripe, about level with the door handles, and the polished band on the rims have them red too.
