wow for only 1 mile over thats really bad being that nearly every car out there except cop cars dont have a calibrated speedo ,so 1 car next to the other may say accurate while the other may be off by 1-2 mph

I can say that I usually drive 5 over... No idea why, and I know it serves no purpose. If I could change any one thing on the roads, it would be weight/motion activated traffic lights... They are near impossible to change while I'm on my motorcycle, and therefore cause me to make ridiculous side trips to avoid left turns....

I drove back and forth across Illinois and didn't see either a cop or a camera. The right-of-ways are over grown, my trailer spent most of its time in the air with the bad patch jobs on the highways. I don't think they are going to start buying cameras in any notable quantaties when they can't afford to mow.

The corn and beans are looking good though. Lots off veggie fuel ripening.

I have yet to see any type of photo enforcement come to any road or construction area.

There are only 6 of these vans in the whole state and as far as I know only used in major construction areas. I've seen a couple of them in O'Fallon /Fairview Heights but that was 3 years ago.

As far as mandatory service goes, Israel's military is heavily subsidized by US tax payers and there are exemptions there and in Norway.
