1. Possibly, I mean, anything is possible. :icon_welder:. I'm not to familiar with Cummins though.

2). Probably in the next 20 years. AFAIK it is not a high priority for most companies right now. I was told by a Ford engineering rep that in the next 10 years all of their new vehicles will at least be direct injection if not turbo because GDI converts very easily to CNG and they are expecting CNG to take off in the south. Not sure what that means for LNG though.

3). Well, given what I know about natural gas when left to revert to it's natural state at room temp and not being kept under pressure, I'd guess it would act like propane, begin to expand and vaporize, and if it wasn't in a proper pressure vessel either leak out or blow the tank (if the temp was high enough). But that is just a guess.
