performance accesories body lift

i was just wondering before i buy a 3" body lift, does the PA 813 kit come with brackets to relocate the bumpers higher? or if not where can i get them?

I believe you have to order them seperate. The rear bumper will not go up as it bolts to the bottom of the frame.

no the front bumper is in the kit i have the kit at my house and the front bumper brackets are in it. the rear doesnt move up

cool thank you downey, so i was thinking leave the back bumper and make a peice of aluminum diamond plate for the gap that would look cool

now i have a manual so what about for the 3" body lift do i need to extend the shifter? and what about steering, brakelines, fan shroud? those things

When I put my 2" body lift in my manual transfercase linkage had to be modified it acted like it came out of 4 hi bu didn't quite release

ok cool, i just remember doing body lifts on my trackers and blazers before i always had to move the fan shround, make shims for steering, and mess with brakelines, i really dont think im going to do a body lift anymore its such a hassle im gonna bite the bullet and get a RC 4" lift

they say you need a manual tranny shift extension but not everyone uses one. all the stuff for the radiator is included in the kit as well

my 2 inch kit did not come with front bumper relocator brackets. they were being sold seperately and i didn't get them.

I don't know for sure on trucks of those vintige, but I think if you order rear bumper brackets for a 98+ from PA, they'll work for older trucks.
